Searching for a fic (and maybe some rec ?)
Sooo, since you people are amazing and already helped me find a fic I thought I would ask again ^^
It's an "Aliens turned Spock into a child" story that I am searching for with a few twists :
Before Spock was de-aged he is happily with Uhura and doesn't get along with Jim.
Once turned into a child Jim ends up as Spock caretaker (I don't remember if it is because Uhura is too distressed by having her boyfriend turned as a child and avoid him or Spock simply choosing Jim.)
Spock doesn't remember being an adult but regain his memories as he 'ages-up'.
Everyone is surprised that mini-Spock get attached to Jim so quickly since they didn't get along as adults.
Jim, while having some doubts ends up liking this version of Spock a lot and is a great at taking care of Spock. He also ask for a Vulcan instructor to stay on the ship to help with Spock education. (I am nearly sure that Spockprime comes to help too)
Uhura doesn't like at all that Spock is getting so close to Jim and Deaged-Spock ends-up disliking Uhura a lot.
Spock condition isn't a permanent one, the aliens explain that spock will grow older quite fast (Something like a week or day=a year)
When Spock enter puberty he fall for Jim and want to have a relationship with him but Jim is reluctant. Spock manages to seduce Jim the day before he became grownup-Spock.
Uhura is furious that deaged-Spock loves Jim and say something about him not being the true Spock and simply ceasing to exist once Spock is grown up again.
I don't remember how old Spock is when he is de-aged but when he is '18' again there is some medical procedure (I think) that makes him grownup-Spock again but he doesn't remember anything about his time as deaged-Spock.
Jim is heartbroken but doesn't say anything since Uhura and Spock are again together and grownup-Spock doesn't have a good relationship with Jim.
Before 'ceasing to exist' deaged-Spock ask the Vulcan on ship (I think it is Spockprime) to meld with him so he can give his memories to him/her and keep existing that way. He also ask the Vulcan to give those memories to grownup-Spock if he doesn't remember.
Grownup-Spock with all his memories finds that he loves the Jim he came to know as a child and that his preconception on who is Jim Kirk where flawed.
It ends as an Jim/Spock with a happy ending (except for Uhura but she was the 'bad guy' of the story)
I think that is everything...
Oh and if you know any good de-aged Spock that ends with a happy ending please rec those to me ^^ I'm in the mood for cute little Vulcans ;-)
