Kirk/Bones

Hi, I'm looking for a post beyond Bones/Kirk fic. The only things that I can remember is that it's an established relationship between K/B and that it begins just after the film finisshed. The story takes place mostly in bed where the talk about how Bones feels that he's being pushed away since the whole Khan incident and being replaced by Spock and finding out about the transfer, which Kirk didn't tell him about (I think he thinks it to be with Spock). I can't remember how it ends and would really like to read it again. thanks for any help
