Insecure Bones/McCoy, Supportive Kirk

Hi! I have read a lot of stories where Kirk is insecure and Bones/McCoy reassures him and lets him know how special he is. I'm looking for stories that are the opposite, where Bones is insecure and Kirk reassures him and lets him know how special he is. Maybe Bones gets injured or something happens and someone needs surgery to survive and he's not sure he can perform the surgery but Kirk builds up his confidence so he can. Any stories where Kirk is supportive of Bones.
