Obama ad on women's pay

Found on Andrew Sullivan's blog. He doesn't like this part of Obama's liberalism. There are many variables as to why women don't earn as much as men, in the same position. I know I am living one of those reasons, as my family took priority with me staying home, so when/if I ever get back to working outside this home, I know my income will be less for the time I've not been in the work force. Still, it is not because I am less edumacated.
