Well, here are my two lists:
My 5 Best Things about 2007.
1. Finding out I was pre-diabetic, because this meant a whole better way of eating for life for our whole family. The weight loss has been nice.
2. Creating the blue Tudor man's outfit, to test some ideas I had on men's garments, and to create a nice piece of work.
3. Being with my wonderful family and friends, including the good friends online here (you guys really help make my day)...
4. Enjoying time playing ren-faire and SCA with good friends, old and new.
5. Spending the day learning from The Tudor Tailor ladies. Great book, and an eye opening experience.
This really was the year to learn Tudor stuff.
5 Things I look forward to in 2008.
1. Spending more time enjoying life with my family and friends.
2. The Tudor pattern sets coming out with Margo!
3. Researching and creating more outfits... and being very creative with some. Along with having a place to wear them at CostumeCon.
4. Learning more about the SCA game, and making more friends.
5. Spending time with my husband in Yosemite for our Anniversary, hopefully walking or hiking around enjoying the natural beauty.
