What's got my dander up this time? SBDieters who want to go from 127 to 117 (They already went from a size 8 to a size 4), and wondering if this is a good idea. (

The SBD is a good one, and that first two weeks is just a "jump start" into a better lifestyle. It doesn't have to be done, honestly, but it does help to cut out the sugar cravings, and set you up for the healthier eating that is done in P2, which is where the bulk of weight loss happens. I managed to do the two weeks of eggs, lots and lots of eggs, and got through it just fine. Now I enjoy eggs here and there, and usually have hot oatmeal for breakfast instead. And I still eat my fruit, just not the raisins, or the pineapple as often. Bananas I limit myself to pre-menstral eating, when I really need the potassium.
