... what I really did tonight.
So, instead of sewing or project planning work, I ended up doing some computer cleaning; deleting files and clearing my trash can. I need to dump some of the downloaded files, and empty out emails, but not tonight.
I also downloaded NeoOffice, a version of OpenOffice.org for the Mac. Now I can open those pesky .doc files everyone else has, and save them off to pdfs or whatever I need on the Mac side. I can also write up stuff as needed, if it is for something I need formatting on, or whatever. I've got other programs to use as well, but it has things that are handy to use. I will see if it is something I like enough to donate for its use.
I am exhausted. I think I will leave this computer on to finish clearing the trash (it is taking forever for the secure dump), and head off to bed.
