Weekly weigh-in

I wasn't hungry, but I forced myself to eat food, which feels like lead in my stomach right now. I am still sick, and feeling sore and tired, and my sinuses are just nasty.

I weighed myself before brunch, and while the number looks good, it appears to be water loss or something, because I shouldn't have lost that much in one week.
Weight: 208 pds (6 pds since last week).
Waistline: 37"
I just ended my period, so perhaps it is partly water loss from that as well. Hmmm... Things I never knew about my body cycles, or actually didn't pay much attention to.

Edit: I am short my first goal of 10% of beginning weight loss by one pound!!! Woohoo!
