I'm saddened by the news. Pam was a good woman.

Do you have contact info with Robin? I can't seem to find my copy of the phone numbers, and I thought Robin would know what was going on with JT and Helen Jane and all.

I did, but I have no idea where, and the move will not make things any easier.

Oh, MY! I . . . I'm at a loss for words.
I haven't seen either one of them since '01, when we brought das Kind back for the "Baby Tour", but I've held them close in my heart every time I've taken a breath to sing. I was a "Jolly Tradesman" from 1988 - 1991, and remember when HelenJane was our "new" director. I remember rehearsals at their house, followed by crockpot catch-all and fresh-from-the-breadmaker loaves. I remember the pride of Siamese who swirled around them. I remember Pam's smiles, laughs, and humorous invective. They were my mentors, and my frineds. They introduced me to Filk Music, and oversaw my growing relationship with der Hauptamnn, not always approvingly. They were a set; "HelenJaneandPam". And even though I haven't seen her in five years, I feel her loss, and I feel for HelenJane, who just lost her best friend.
I'm so, so sorry. Please convey my deepest sympathies - I will try to get in touch with HelenJane soon.
