Back On the Saddle...

It's been years since I've last written... I actually completely forgot that I even HAD a livejournal! But I was reading through some of my old entries the other day, and it's amazing everything I forgot. It was fun but bittersweet reading through all my old college memories. I have also been revisiting some memories going through some more tangible items I've had in my room for the past couple years. My boyfriend recently moved in with me, so I had to make room for all his stuff! I admit, I am a huge packrat, but I hate it. I hate keeping junk around that I have no use for, but I hate throwing anything away that brings back memories. I have a drawer full of Kappa shirts that I feel silly wearing now, but I don't want to get rid of them! I also am trying to make my room not exactly like it did when I lived in the sorority house! It's not just my room anymore!

I really need to start scrapbooking!! But not today.

I had a really good weekend, I got to see some of the girls yesterday on their way home from the game in Jax, and Tricia was in town doing the theme park thing with some of her friends from Pensacola. It is so bizzare to think that it's been over two years since the last time we all lived together. It's also weird how, over time, you block out all the bad memories and only think of how much fun you had in college. And it feels exactly the same when we all see each other again! I love my friends... I wish we were all in the same city again.... :(

Guess it's time to get some laundry done and start thinking about dinner. Hopefully I will start keeping up with this journal thing again!
