Thor Unthawed
Went to watch Thor today, after all the exciting trailers. I must say that Asgard looks grand and beautiful, and in the same measure, Jotunheim looks foreboding.
As an action movie, there are quite a lot of fight scenes, and some of them are exciting enough. However, I think that the plot was very thin, especially with Thor's adventures on Earth.
Perhaps the most interesting character was that of Loki, although the development of the character was way too disjointed.
I guess that trying to develop the various plots and sub-plots in less than 2 hours is tough, especially when most movie-goers do not have any idea about Norse mythology, or the Marvel take on it.
Verdict? Nice action sequences, but clumsy plot execution.
