Workout Routine

After a break from the gym earlier this month, I am back at full steam.

Note to self: Do not, I repeat, do not do chest and shoulders back-to-back during the same session and expect to lift the same weights as usual.

Was struggling with the 60kg shoulder presses today, after completing my chest workout. Dropped the weight to 55kg. The rest of the exercises were similarly sub-par.
