Back home
Two weeks of house-sitting have come to an end. I came back home Sunday night after a great weekend. Friday and Saturday I hung out with Alex in North Attleboro. We were supposed to go to a party in Berlin, MA but apparently all plans fell through with that. No big deal, we made due and still had a fun day. Sunday after work I went back to Alex's to watch Summerslam. The show proved to be one of the best PPV's in awhile despite the anti-climatic endings to a few bouts.
I'm covering for one of the guards at camp this week which will give me 40 hours of work. I just might finally get a decent week's paycheck for once. Unfortunately the YMCA closes for the season after this week and I'll be back to just 2 jobs totaling about 9 hours of work a week. I need to find another job FAST! I've compiled a list of every town within an hour's drive and will be calling all those school districts for substitute teacher applications. I'm still not 100% sure teaching is the definite career path I want to take, but for now it's the one that I'm following. There's also a lot of opportunity in the field as a large number of teachers will be retiring within the next few years. In the meantime I will be selling myself on the street corner. A male prostitute you say? Yes, I'm that desperate. Seriously though, I need money. Someone give me a job.
