I love it for breakfast or anytime :) Full of yummy goodness and plenty of energy, I find I crave it!
White Bean and Tuna Salad
1 can of Great Northern Beans - drained and rinsed
2 - 6 oz cans of Albacore White Tuna packed in water - drained
One bunch of flat leaf parsley - rinsed, large stems removed ( though I like the stems too ) semi-rough chopped
One bunch of green onions - whites and greens chopped
2 lemons- juiced or to taste
Olive Oil to taste
Salt and cracked pepper to taste
Toss it together and enjoy or let it marinate for a few hours or overnight. I personally like it fresh made.
