My Diet Plan
I have lost about 2-3 KG! Yay! okay i dont know whether its loss in water or something else, but I weigh myself at the same timings of the day so it should be correct, no?

Anyway, I have been watching my diet and here are some rules I have been following:
1. Watch my intake of carbs, at most a palmful of rice at dinner.
2. Eat as much breakfast as I want, but control my portions for dinner.
3. Dont have sit down lunch, ie eat while walking or just eat bao/pancakes.
4. Eat more vegs.

Yesterday I gave in and ate a fried squid/ a mouthful of curry puff from OCK after my entrepreneurSHIT elective ended. Now there is a Ritter sport Yoghurt chocolate in front of me. And I am not going to it eat. This will be the resilience I shall illustrate in my mission.

My Recess Week, thus far.
I always thought business school was fluff institute. But after working with engineering, science students, I realised I have learnt some intangibles from business school which is more than porters 5 forces, Swot and whatever crap. Rather, its a method of thinking and situational analysis. :) Okay I have been absolutely exhausted from the past week. And this recess week was one of the busiest I have had. Everyday was just wake up at 630am, come back at 8/9pm and push myself to complete as much. It has not ended because I have to clear my backlog assignments, projs and study for tests which had been pushed back by entrepreneurshit elec. In fact, I am stalling at at this business valuation assignment OMG which I targetted to finish TONIGHT. And i am less than one quarter through.......And plus I have not applying for jobs, which meant potential loss of possible opportunities. And my face is now dry and patchy, because I have been ignoring my eyecream/serums/moisturiser.

SIgh, okay back to business valuation of Olam...................
