update.
i've received my acceptance letter from NC State. i'll be attending there in fall of '06 as a Sports Management major in the school of Natural Resources. how sports management is connected to natural resources is beyond me. i always thought of natural resources as trees and oxygen and stuff. anyway i'm psyched and can't wait to get there. yeah college.
i already bought myself a new bike to bring so i can get around campus quicker. and "accidentally" bump into cute girls and knock their books over so i can help them pick them up. i've got this all planned out.
the first audition camp for carolina crown went well. i haven't gotten a spot yet, but, noone has. the auditions last a few camps and they will be handing out spots in january. i'm where i need to be though, they seperated all the hornline auditionees into the experienced group and the nonexperienced group, and i was placed solidly in the experienced group. to make a positive impression at the decmeber camp, i plan on having all the music we got memorized. and, you know. be able to play it well.
so that's it. that's all that's new. not looking foward to working a 12 hour shift on black friday, but at least i'll be in the backroom, away from the mass of anxious shoppers. i plan on sleeping late tomorrow...need to catch up on sleep as i've been waking up at 6:30 for the past 4 days.
i'm still very lonely down here. i miss new jersey. no, not new jersey. all the people i knew from new jersey. but having State to look forward to and concentrating on working at making it in crown is helping me out.
