Steep learning curves, and a few deer-in-the-headlights moments made for a few uncomfortable situations, but I survived to tell the tale.
So much has changed for me at workshops that it's weirding me out a little. One thing that remains constant is the tremendous outpouring of support that SAPA members provide for each other. It’s really, really uplifting to see and experience.
And now, for posterity’s sake, my WILs:
1) Magnus Krane enjoys terrifying the passengers on his golf cart. He is an evil, evil man - who nonetheless saved me the burden of carrying my Golf Bag of Doom, fully laden with swords down to the lists
2) I shall have to find a way to instill the Word of the Day into people’s minds without inflicting my singing on them. I think there are Constitutional provisions barring that sort of thing
3) New insoles that are not quite big enough = Rubbed and painful heels
4)
lilaney is a tricky, tricky lady - and a sweetheart.
5) I contracted so often and so quickly, my water broke
6) My body REALLY is not acclimated to higher temperatures yet
7) I am obsessed with HCM. I think I need a 12-step program. (Yes, I know - this is not new, just re-learned. Sue me)
8) Certain Dialect Instructor's ability to power through a kidney infection on sheer willpower alone just reinforces my opinion that whoever declared females to be the "weaker sex" really should have been strangled at birth )
Everything’s fine- we still have 6 weekends of workshops left - right? RIGHT?
