Title: Observations
Fandom: Leverage
Word count: 255
Pairing: Gen
Trope: Amnesia
She woke up and listened to what was happening in the room. There were four people around her. Three men and one woman.
When she opened her eyes, she realized she had been mistaken. There were five people in the room. She hadn't heard the last man, because he was standing silently in the corner.
She was lucky enough that no one had noticed that she was awake.
She looked around and noticed that she was in a hospital bed. She didn't like hospitals, she thought. She didn't remember anything, but she was sure that hospitals were something she really disliked.
She looked at the people in the room. The woman was crying quietly where she sat in the only chair in the room. A middle aged man was standing behind her with a hand on her shoulder.
There was a younger blank man whose face was tear streaked, and a stocky man with long hair who was just radiating with frustration.
Then there was the man in the corner. He was quiet and didn't show any emotion on his face, but she could detect something in his eyes.
"This is your fault" the long haired guy said to the man in the corner.
The room suddenly erupted in a cacophony of sound as everybody started talking.
She winced. That was too much noise.
"Stop!" yelled the black man. "She's awake. Parker is awake" there was such relief in his voice that she didn't want to tell him she didn't know who this Parker was.

Title: Swapped
Fandom: Supernatural
Word count: 119
Pairing: Gen
Trope: Body swap
When he came to, he felt that there was something wrong. Everything was cramped, there just wasn't enough room.
He stretched his hands out as he opened his eyes and realized instantly that something was very wrong.
These weren't his hands.
When he tried to stand up, he felt off balance and stumbled against a wall.
Holy fuck! He was wearing heels!
Somebody was gonna pay and pay dearly.
He kicked off the stilettos as fast as he could and stood there, barefoot on the street.
He looked around and knew immediately where he was and what he was doing there.
He was going to kill Rowena as soon as he got back to where he had been before.

Title: Damned
Fandom: Leverage
Word count: 158
Pairing: Gen
Trope: Deal with the devil
Eliot felt bad for doing this, but there was no choice in the matter. He had to do something so Nate wouldn't go off the rails again. The man was an alcoholic after all, and doing a job in a whiskey factory was just ... too much.
Eliot waited at the rendezvous point. Fucking Sterling making him wait. It had been 20 minutes already and if Sterling wouldn't show up in the next five, Eliot was out of there. He'd find some other way to make sure that Nate wasn't the one hanging out in the factory.
Just as he was about to turn around and leave, he heard that voice, the voice that sometimes haunted his dreams, saying his name.
"Hello Spencer"
Eliot turned around and there he was. The team's mortal enemy number one and he was just about to ask a favor of this man. Something he was sure he would have to pay for for eternity.

Title: Couples
Fandom: Leverage
Word count: 123
Pairing: Gen (implied Eliot/Sterling)
Tropes: Forced Proximity/Undercover as a Couple
"It's your fucking fault" Eliot hissed at the other man. "You just had to go in here and drag me along"
"I didn't know the mark would lock us in" Sterling answered.
"And whose genius idea was it to have us do this job? It doesn't make any fucking sense. I fucking hate you!"
"There now, no need to be upset"
"And you're not fucking doing anything" Eliot advanced on the man ready to hit him.
"Don't be like that honey" Sterling pointed to a corner where Eliot noticed a camera. He turned his back on the camera and squinted at Sterling.
"Don't think that this means I won't kill you when we're out" he said as he sat down on Sterling's lap.

Title: Trapped
Fandom: NCIS
Word Count: 216
Pairing: Gen
Trope: Road Trip/In Vino Veritas
This was turning out to being the best road trip ever Abby thought.
"I love you Gibbs, I really do" Tony slurred sitting in the front seat. "Nobody else would have come to pick me up. You're like a father to me."
"Even with the head smacking?" Kate asked.
"Especially with the head smacking. It shows me I'm appreciated."
Gibbs, Kate and Abby had been leaving the office when they had gotten the call that Tony had gotten himself stupid drunk down in Myrtle Beach and gotten himself in a jam with the local law enforcement. Gibbs was called to come pick him up, and Kate and Abby had decided that this was something worth seeing so they jumped on board and hadn't taken no for an answer.
"You're really hot, Kate. Why won't you sleep with me?" Tony had turned his head and was staring intently at Kate.
"Tony, don't" Kate said and Abby could see that she was both uncomfortable and finding this whole situation really funny.
"Why don't you discuss this tomorrow DiNozzo," Gibbs said and put his foot down on the accelerator. He didn't want to spend hours trapped in a car with drunk DiNozzo. The faster he got them home, the faster he could be alone and work on his boat.

Title: Displaced
Fandom: Northanger Abbey
Word Count: 176
Pairing: Gen
Trope: Time Travel
She stepped out of the doorway and looked around. Nothing was the same. Where on earth was she?
There was a basin on top of a cupboard and a covered porcelain basin attached to the wall.
There were no candles to be seen, but there was a bright light inside the room that came from a dome on the ceiling.
When she looked behind her, all she could see was a drying closet with towels.
How could that be, a moment ago she had a hallway in Northanger Abbey behind her and now she was in a room quite unlike any other.
There was a glass partitioning at the end of the room and when she went to investigate, she saw a dial on the middle of the wall.
She turned it and immediately water came pouring down from overhead.
She screamed.
A girl with metal in her face and wearing pantaloons came bursting into the room.
"Who the fuck are you?" the girl demanded.
Catherine Moreland had landed herself in Vancouver, Canada in the year 2015.
