Halp!
Yesterday I spent my afternoon babysitting Sophia. This was mostly a great experience, as she is a pretty easy kid and also really flippin' cute. There's just one catch- I spent a couple of hours total hunched over her little table in her playroom, playing with play-doh and blocks. And THEN, when I got home, I spent a ridiculous amount of hours on my computer, talking with...well, that's a whole other story. But he knows who he is. Anyway...I was probably not sitting in the most ergonomically intelligent position.
This morning I woke up to discover that my upper back and shoulders HURT. I can't turn my head more than a few degrees to either side. This. Sucks.
