Since I am fucking hungry and the entire sleeve of Japanese Ritz crackers didn't satisfy me, I will share with you a recipe that I am craving so much right now. I might try to make a Japanese version, except I always make enough for a month and leftovers don't go over too well here. I asked to save my half-eaten dinner for lunch the next day, and my host mother said it would go bad and threw it out. I was sad.

Megan's Macaroni Salad (Totally Stole the Recipe, btw)

Ingredients:
Rotini Pasta
Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip or Whatever
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 small jar diced pimentos
Salt and Pepper
(Cook as much as you like - I never measure it out)

Cook the pasta, drain the pasta, put it in a bowl. Add your chopped cucumber and tomato in, a big glob of mayo, the DRAINED pimentos (dear God, remember to drain it, seriously). Stir it. Eat it. The end.

I should totally go on Top Chef and smack some pros down with this recipe.
