huh.
aparently, my mom's descided to get a feeding tube...
they had a doctor's apointment today, and they're supposed to go to the hopital tomorrow and get it put in and set up. asside from the fact that this all sounds like doing mechanic work on an automobile... i'm a little disturbed that my mom and dad haven't talked to anybody in our family about it at all.
i found out from Tina, who only found out because she called the hospital to ask what was taking so long at their apointment...
i mean, a feeding tube is a big, seriously medical, intrusive thing. it pretty much means that my mom has given up. she's not gonna want to leave the house and be seen with a tube pumping nutrient mush into her stomach.
it's all kinda down hill from here...
