1.

expelling you from me

feels like:

the placenta

leaving the fresh

womb of a new mom

uterus all swollen

new life being born

both very critical

times in mine

and your lives.

2.

i can feel the swell

of pain burning slightly

next to me

grateful this time

it is not a part of me

peeling the layers

is hard and intense

and wont just

go away

this stage im in

feels soft and new

in the same way

a new baby feels

both giving way to

brand new ways of consciousness

see, before this

i must of been dead

dead not in literal terms

in terms of ones soul

3.

alive for the first time feels like;

a deep deep breath held in and pushed out

of the third eye chakra
