Been a while....
Yes, I know... I'm bad! It's been way too long since I've posted. I've been busy!
So... brief catch up. No longer working at ANZ, they canned me and 800 other people at the same time in January. So nice of them, pretty little 'Happy New Year' present, but I really did need a kick in the ass to get out of there. That place was driving me nuts.
Two months off to chill and recoup and I'm a much happier and gainfully employed person, now working for MLC in Superannuation (Retirement plans for those of us who are not in the know). Better pay, better hours, walk in the park style customer service, so it's a little step backwards, but a lot of potential to move on up from here. Love my new manager, love the people I work with, and two of them worked at ANZ with me, also!
In other news, Brian and I moved to North Melbourne into a GORGEOUS Victorian Terrace house and I have my own studio out that back. It's fantastic! It's lovely and spacious and full of light, but has blockout blinds for when I want to use studio lighting. Pure white walls do wonders for bouncing the light around, also. Been working hard on my photography and getting better at it.
