I know nothing about ironing Hakama, or what the pleats are supposed to look like. For future reference, I'd suggest Careful Hand Laundry at Dupont & Huron - they offer enviro-friendly treatments and have a reputation for being finicky-precise.

As for the name, if they were selling sex acoutrements, then Knob could be a good word.
