(no subject)
i'm in chicago, or really naperville, IL, which is close to aurora, which is where "wayne's world" is supposed to take place. so basically this rocks!
i love thanksgiving so much. i have SO much to be thankful for this year in particular, i really can't even believe how blessed/lucky i've been lately. i am such a complete 180 from the girl i was a year ago, as my close friends and family might tell you. i would list here all the things i appreciate in my life, but it would sound a lot like bragging :( ha ha ha i'm happier than you, neiner neiner neiner. no just kidding. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
i almost died furreal on monday, which would have ended my lucky streak right there on the spot. i was driving from atlanta to marietta on 75 and it was raining pretty hard. i was going 65, which was probably a little too fast, and when i *tapped* my breaks i started spinning out of control. i was weaving in and out of 3 lanes, basically unable to do anything at all, and then finally found myself stopped (at last) FACING ONCOMING TRAFFIC. god REALLY must have wanted me to live. everyone around me i guess kinda saw what was going on and slowed up, so once i'd stopped i kinda just looked around for a second bewildered, put down my cell phone (oops), turned my car around, and drove off. then i thanked god out loud for a few minutes. almost-dying = not as fun as you'd think.
sad i missed kel's toga extravaganza:( it's good to be here with my family though.
and i'll be honest: brian, i had dirty dreams about us last night, AND I WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW.
