New NCIS conspiracy theory

So a day ago I would have said this theory was farfetched. Of course, after that ridiculous reveal I figured that any theory that would explain Michelle's behaviour is fair game.

My favourite theory is probably that she's being blackmailed (since she grew up around weapons, I'm going to play the family card on this one).

Second is probably that she's in league with the McGee stand-in - Keating. I think it's possible that she could also be in league with Director Vance, but I hope she isn't because I like them both a lot.

I'm also wondering if perhaps she's involved in some kind of deep-cover assignment, black ops or something where she's working for the US government, but at a level concealed from Gibbs and the rest of the team (I can so see her being Fornell's mole!)

The hardest part for me to accept about her being a bad guy is the lack of motivation - I'm hoping we'll get one revealed to us at some point, because without a reason to do it it doesn't seem like she would.

One thing bothers me - when she calls Gibbs while she's in the computer archives, the window behind her is shot out - obviously she tried to run first, she didn't just kill Langer in cold blood.

The fact she tried to plant the murder in Keating, then on Langer makes me think that Vance tipped her off to the purpose of the team.

Anyway, I had this weird thought that maybe she has a twin or something, and they're playing both sides - or even that Lee is forced to go along with her twin because otherwise she'll get everything pinned on her. I think that it was mentioned she had a sister in one of her first episodes?

Anyhow, I'm sure it's a family thing. I've also decided to write Gibbs/Lee episode companions in defiance of TPTB.
