My management at my job sucks. And I'm not exactly the most vocal person. But today... I had enough and I voiced my opinion rather honestly to them. And much to my surprise, they now have even more respect for me as a result. I told my direct manager that as she relies on my she has a tendency to expect me doing things. I don't need that sort of pressure and I told her that. I'm feel a good sense of clarity now.

And I need to get to bed before I completely forget to get up tomorrow. But I need to re-decorate this thing...
