I'm glad to report that our cat's surgery was a complete success!  In fact, she was spayed and had her mouth hole closed up.  This means she should not suffer as many breathing difficulties or sneezes as before.

Day 6, Saturday, 5-21-05

Day 4, Thursday, 5-19-05

Apparently, the first day of Star Wars: Episode III warranted early morning showings.  This, in my experience, is unprecedented.  We went to a 10:40am showing.  (The earliest show was around 9:30am!)  We arrived an hour early to secure good seats and while we waited T&M visited the concession stand.  They returned with ( Read more... )

Day 3, Wednesday, 5-18-05

Having driven almost two-thirds of the trip, we decided to take a respite on the third day.  B’s lease was scheduled to begin Friday, so our goal was to reach L.A. by Friday morning.
