passing me by
two things.
first. a coworker, who is about one or two years my junior, recently bought a condo in the outskirts of toronto. he's moving to his new digs in november. he checks for pillows and bedroom linens on sale while i check if i still have time to procrastinate on this god-awful paper. and second. tasty thursdays at nathan philips square started last thursday. the most affordable and tasty lunch you'll ever get in the downtown core for $5 (or less). there's a handful of participating food establishments. this year, much like last year, has somewhat of a variety amongst the featured restaurants. this means i can get yummy butter chicken with rice at an awesome, awesome price. again.
now why didn't anyone tell me about any of this? because it makes me wonder if i've been living under a rock the past few.
