I'm such a mess right now. Everything is so chaotic and stressful. Money is really tight right now and I always have to borrow money from people for lunch, and I know that might seem petty, but I feel like such a dick asking the same people for money over and over again. Okay, now we're getting somewhere.

I'll give you a little respect in this case.

I'll let you be the judge . . . a comparison of the actions of Ron Artest and Rasheed Wallace.

Ron Artest did his job by fouling Ben under the basket. Ron fouled him hard, to which Ben shoved him across the court. This cleared the benches, and Ben wouldn't calm down. Ron, while this happened, plopped himself on the scorer's table while his teammates held players back from getting at him.

Then, the beer hit him from the stands. Suddenly, the cool and calculated Artest became an enraged man. He ran into the stands, and he picked out the wrong guy and pummeled him. The guy who threw the beer . . . well, we all know about him now.

Rasheed Wallace . . . all I know on Rasheed was that he went into the stands to keep the peace. He didn't beat up anyone, and he was trying to keep the crowd and the players from escalating the situation into a riot. He obviously was unsuccessful at doing it, but he didn't make himself part of the riot, which is amazing, considering he was considered as crazy as Ron Artest before last year.

Ron received the suspension because he actually fought with the fans. He landed punches, and he's had a history of being suspended in the past. It wasn't his first offense. Earlier in the still-fresh season, he was benched two games by Carlisle because he wanted to take a month off from basketball.
