Tues 6/30/09 @ 8:30am - Despite having ridden my bike all 5 days at work last week, my weight was still at 149lbs. I'm thinking that the super yummy cake that we had at work all last week might have had something to do with it. Well, that and the fact that my little pedals aren't really that great, and I don't want to get sweaty and gross at work anyway. At least I managed to not gain anything. Maybe I can keep doing what I've been doing and kick it up a notch and be a better doggy-mommy (or however the heck you'd write that?) to Graycie and get in more brisk walks with her and keep that up.
