I'm thinking I may just make one post for the first day of the week that I exercise and just go back and add to it. Hopefully I'll keep up with it enough that this actually decreases the amount of these pointless posts ya'll are seeing. Although, when I was keeping up with LJ more regularly, I did find it motivating to see my friends were exercising.

I've found it's easier for me to go for longer while watching mindless crap on YouTube at work on my lunch break. Even so, I think that the little bike/pedal thingy I have at work isn't quite as much of a work-out as the stationary bike I have at home. Eh, oh well, at least it's better than not doing anything. I really want (and need) to get in better shape and get this weight off. The wanting is for my appearance, but the needing is for my health.
