I made my very first turkey dinner today! Late Thanksgiving for my gaming crew. Other than the epic breakdown I had this morning when I broke my thermometer, things seemed to go ok. The turkey tasted good, if dry, and the pies and veggies were very good. Jojo made an excellent apple pie. And we devoured the turkey. I have stuff for soups though~

So it could have gone better, but I'm totally happy for how well it did turn out.
