a day late but...
I just got back from setting off fireworks in the park!
I was nervous most the time, worried about cops or something, but as you can buy fireworks at the local grocery store I shouldn't have worried really. It was fun, though!
The best part was with the Roman Candle, though.
Drew was looking at it and realised what it was, but the box said you weren't supposed to hold it, so we put it in a box. The only problem is it tipped after the first shot, and the next one went straight across the ground into the trees. We all rushed to fix it, and Jojo held the box in her hand, but the Candle fell out and back onto the ground and nearly hit Drew. So then it was a mad scramble to pick it up so we didn't burn the sakura trees down.
The next Candle Drew just held, as you are supposed to.
