12 happiness commandments

I was inspired to make a list of 12 commandments as suggested on The Happiness Project

I thought i'd add, "feel the fear and do it anyway" but then i realised that the "it" is guaranteed to be something impulsive and regrettable that I’d be better off not doing. I haven't done any of that sh*t for weeks and I don't intend to, either. (Well, only minor stuff. :-P) So it probably should read, feel the fear but don't do it anyway.

So far, I have:

Be mindful
Be kind
Write it down
Spend out
Exercise body and mind
Question everything
Wait it out

"Wait it out" is a lot like "let it be" and relates to times of emotional trauma.

"Write it down" obviously relates to journalling although i'm talking about the private sort wherein one can write whatever the hell one likes and never, ever be judged or held to acocunt. (Unless you have a mother like mine who used to regularly sneak into my room and read all my personal stuff. Thankfully, i'm not fifteen anymore!)

That's where i got stuck, and i really don't know what else to put for the other five.

So, what would you put on your list?
