After making sure that every last Gryffindor had been herded out of the dorm, Ashe hurried them all down the stairs from the tower and down to the Great Hall. She was sure none of them had gotten away from her.

Once in the Great Hall, she stationed herself at one of the secret doors and prepared herself for an extremely long night.

Ashe glanced over as one of her students, Tidus, walked over to her and she gave him a curt nod before letting her gaze rest back on the rest of the room.

"Just doing a little watching," she answered, glancing at the broom he carried. "Hoping to get in a late practice?"

Ashe wasn't paying attention to anyone specifically. She completely missed Maya's sneak peeks. "Yes, well. I have to be sure no one attempts to get past me until morning." She glanced back at him and a corner of her lips twisted upwards slightly through her worry. "As long as that's clear. I wouldn't want any member of the team destined to win the Cup this year in detention."

Ashe sighed a little and her face dropped its seriousness for a moment, replaced by slight worry before she put on her normal expression and settled in.

"No. We are unsure at this time. But don't worry. It'll be all right by morning."

She would personally be sure of that.

The sound Tidus made at the end caught her attention and she turned to face him for a moment. "Hm? Are you all right, Tidus?" She was starting to worry about how the students were handling this sort of thing and it was making her uneasy.

Ashe appreciated the support more than she could say and her expression softened at Tidus' words. It made her feel a little bit better, though her features returned to their serious and worried expressions as her eyes caught sight of Professor Godot off in the distance. With the way things had been going, she was about to be called out on this, even if none of it was really her fault. She reached out a hand to touch Tidus' shoulder, wordlessly showing her appreciation anyway.

Though, the mention of Maya Fey's 'weird ideas' made her both curious and wary. "Dare I ask?"

Wandering the Hall a little aimlessly, Naruto spotted Maya and Tidus talking to Professor Ashe. He was...a little curious, and without letting anyone see him, split himself up into clones. One of them wandered towards the little three-person conversation, as he himself headed towards Sasuke, sitting and talking to a ghost.

The clone got close to Maya, easy enough to catch her '...breakfast is going to be really good!' flustered reply, and felt his face clench into a grimace. That was...the lamest rejoinder ever. But never mind, play along, play along.

"ARE WE HAVING RAMEN TOMORROW? AWESOME!"
