WHO: Jim, Jaina. Closed.
LOCATION: Slytherin Common Room
WEEK: 61
TIME: Night of the ball.
WHAT: Jaina didn't want to go to the ball so Jim's taking her out to dinner.

... Jaina has other plans.
RATING: Well. Let's say M and run with it, shall we?

The Slytherin common room was empty now, everyone having left for the ball a good hour ago.

Well. Just about empty.

Jim was sitting now. He knew if he was standing he'd be pacing around the room and there was no need for that. (Was there?) Jaina didn't want to go to the ball so he'd offered to take her out for dinner, nothing strange about that. Nothing strange about the fact that Jaina'd passed him three-quarters of an hour ago on the way in from some Quidditch practice. He'd joked about taking her out to dinner then and there.

A sigh. Jim rolled his neck and straightened his tie.

At least he wouldn't have to worry about Jaina's dad tonight. Though Han and Jim got on pretty well now, Jim wasn't so sure the guy'd be as happy to see him if he knew Jim was trying to get into his baby girl's pants.

Not that there'd been any success on that front. Jim made a face. Why was he doing this to himself again?Oh yeah. He liked her. In newer and stranger ways than he'd ever liked a girl before.

Another sigh.
