Staff Meeting

Welcome, staff members, to what we know as our 'staff meetings.' These meetings are no longer compulsory for professors, but they are for all other staff members. Aside from that, think of them as an opportunity to discuss the events of Hogwarts and gain CR amongst fellow staff members.

There are just a few guidelines for how these will work.

Setsuna is also prompt as always, coming in with a nice mug of tea. She greets Hatori and asks how he is doing.

She seems a little distracted by the absent of her daemon who had apparently become her confidant. Although she now mentions that she is considering investing in a small pet.

He gives Setsuna the tiniest of smiles and says that he's fine.

Asks her how she's doing.

She's doing well.

She asks Hatori how he feels about the daemon thing now that it is passed.

It is strange to see them gone after getting used to them, but at least there is room in the infirmary now.

Lulu is quiet, on time, and drinking tea.

After a moment, she asks if they are all required to chaperone this...ball.

She says "ball" in the same way one would say "root canal."

Giles seconds her question about the chaperone-ing, and sips from his own cup of tea. He'd rather not deal with the kids outside of the classroom.

Hatori is thirding the question.

He'd rather spend the evening reading a book.

Cid Says that Ideally he would like to see all the staff there, lest anything should happen (as tends to be the trend at Hogwarts) but they are not required.

He thanks Cid and starts pick at one cupcake. And he tells him that he will volunteer for chaperone-ing duties if there aren't an adequate amount of staff at the gala.

CX Exactly.

Cid is fairly certain at this point that they have a sufficient number of chaperones, but he would be delighted to see more staff there. The evening promises to be good fun!

And if a disaster breaks out they may need his Latin expertise. ;;

He agrees to make an appearance at some point during the night, and be a wallflower.

Lulu will agree to make a brief appearance for the sake of disaster prevention, but that's about it.

Like pretty much every event for Lulu, this will not go as planned. But she doesn't know that. 8'D
