Staff Meeting
Welcome, staff members, to what we know as our 'staff meetings.' These meetings are no longer compulsory for professors, but they are for all other staff members. Aside from that, think of them as an opportunity to discuss the events of Hogwarts and gain CR amongst fellow staff members.
There are just a few guidelines for how these will work. Comments should first be made under the appropriate House for your character, though you are free to post in Houses not your own for the sake of discussion after that initial comment. The meetings will be conducted in an OOC manner for simplicity’s sake. Any and all decisions that are reached in these threads will be regarded as IC decisions and will be made effective immediately once all muns agree.
These meetings are not only for the sake of preventing staff inactivity, but to give staff an opportunity to learn of situations they would like to be involved in. So please do look at other threads! You never know what interesting things you may find!
As a guideline, the three things that should be discussed are as follows:
❧ Plans for classes, concerns with the grounds, and staff duties as a whole.
❧ Concerns with students (witnessed fights, failing grades, etc.)
❧ General concerns that do not fit within the other categories (Inter-staff issues as an example).
