Was she grading her on class participation as well? It was second nature for her to hold back, to giggle a little with her friends. However, she was paying attention.
Now she was going to meet Nyota. Lizzie wondered how this would be. She has seen the older student in the halls before, but they never talked. When Lizzie spotted the other, she waved and came over. Setting her things down on the table, she smiled at the other. "Nyota Uhura? I'm Elizabeth Middleford. Thank you for helping me."
