Name(s): Szayel Aporro, anyone that bumps into him. Location: The front foyer Week: 48 Time: Morning, just after breakfast. Rating: ...depends on who replies? *BRICKED*
Maka had been idling in the Great Hall long after her breakfast had been finished. She had gotten rather lost in her reading, and was only jolted out of it when she heard the bells ring.
She was just dashing through the foyer when she spotted the oddest sight one could ever hope to see. So many things for one person. She was going to be late for class at this rate, but surely making sure someone was fine and didn't need assistance wouldn't harm her attendance points--and she could hardly go one without trying to help.
"Um...excuse me? Do you need any help? You seem to have a lot of things there..."
"Such an obvious statement is not exactly welcome, child," Szayel groused from behind his books, trying to shift them about so he could at least see around them. He lowered his gaze to the girl, a rather dispassionate look on his face.
"Well don't just stand there," he replied. "Recover my glasses!"
Maka gaped, stared, and then frowned. Really! How could someone be so rude? She had only been trying to offer a kind hand, and to be given a demand like that.
"You could be nicer about asking!" She huffed, even as she searched for the missing glasses. They weren't hard to find, they had scattered only a few scant feet away. "Here. They were right down the hall."
Rude was an understatement, but Szayel did not bother to comment as he shifted his belongings enough so he could balance them on one hand. He snatched his precious glasses away, plopping them back in their appropriate spot. Ah, much better...
Not even a thank you? Maka's frown went into a full out pout. Honestly! She had found his glasses, offered help--it wouldn't kill him to say two words.
"Well...?" She said, trying to prompt such a response. She was starting to think going to class would have been a better option.
No such luck, Maka. Szayel glanced down at the little girl like she was only so useful, quickly judging that she would not be much assistance in carrying his things, before he waved her off.
"You are dismissed," he replied, before turning to try and attempt to locate his office.
