The Great Hall is festively bedecked in autumn colors. The moogles have really gone all out with the decorations, and there are several food tables set up along the walls, as well as couches for students to sit. Most of the middle of the room is dedicated to dancing, with a few pockets of students just standing around and mingling, glasses of pumpkin cider in their hands.
It would be like any normal school masquerade dance party, except for the fact that every so often the person you were speaking to will have turned into a ninja, or a grown a real pair of fairy wings. This is, after all a masqurade at Hogwarts, and that chocobo running around used to be the Headmaster.
