what a weekend....
this weekend was a lot of fun. friday i went to see a few bands at the magic bag and i ran into quite a few people that i know. it's funny how small of a world it is. i met this girl who not only works for my cousin but also lives in my hometown...small world for sure. the show was good, though, the band i was there to see didn't put on as good of a show as i would like, but we all have those shows we'd like to forget about...they happen.
saturday i went to a party with brit and jeff...that was interesting too because i met someone who was once part of my family through marriage but is no longer...it was nice to see her, she was there when my dad broke his neck and the first thing she did was ask about him....i hung out with a bunch of different people and i realize how much fun it is to hang out with brit and jeff.
other than that, i've been doing the same old same old. i bought a bunch of cds today..and one cd i got just because i liked the artwork....it's actually the best of the five that i bought....i also bought the movie "lost in translation"...i loved that movie.
one more week of work until vacation.....i don't know what i'm going to do for my vacation yet, but i want to drive somewhere...as if i don't do enough of that already.
saturday i'm going to chicago with amazon blonde...that will be fun. i'm really looking forward to hanging out in chi-town. the last time i was there was march something...to see ian moore.
