(no subject)
Today is going to be busy, but not a good one. Being busy in the evening should be fun, but it's canceled out due to the afternoon. I have to see my aunt today, she was diagnosed with bone cancer and hasn't been eating so she's at the hospital. My mother died about five years back, so I've gotten close to my aunt.
I'm getting really sick of this cancer thing, it's gotten to everyone in my family. Grandparents on both sides, my mother, my aunt...

So I'm not going to be around much today. I really want to sink and finish the meme (though at 18 prompts currently) and play with plot bunnies, or cancel tonight plans... but I won't. I can't. I always felt I hid from my grandparents and my mother's death, so I can't do it with this. I need the evening distraction, anyway.
Edit Not going out, though I did see my aunt. While driving home to get ready, the check engine light was on my car, drove it to the shop and got some relatives to take me home.
Apparently my aunt's stay is recovery, thank god. But I'm not sure how long she'll be there.
