Office humor everyone can appreciate
It is lunchtime in the office so everyone is away from their desks except for my friend Kevin and I (he is a few cubes away from me). My boss comes in and makes a phone call. All of a sudden she starts speaking very loudly to her father, “Yes, HI dad - Happy Birthday!” I felt a little rude for inadvertently eavesdropping on the conversation but she was speaking so loud it filled the office.
“Check your email.”
My friend Kevin is standing at the entrance of my cube, absolutely giddy.
I check my email and Kevin has written in the biggest font possible, “IT MUST BE JANE’S DADS BIRTHDAY.”
I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair.
