A few tidbits to note...
I don't have much time to really write, but I do have time to post about my house situation. Well, if you can go ahead and use your eyes, you will now see the first pictures I've bothered to take of my house since the fire on December 5th. The good thing about it as you can see is my house is now at the tear down stage (finally!). This past week, the building contractors my father hired took out all of the existing windows and doors remaining on the house...and within the next week or so, the fucker is going to get demolished. Sad to see a house of 200+ years go down in such a way...add in the fact that I've lived there since 1985...and have too many memories to count having happened in that very house....to see it all end will bring a tad bit of closure.
And as far as my "settlement" goes, I now hear I'll be getting some of it now...and the rest AFTER the house is rebuilt. This will put a huge damper on my plans on moving out ASAP....
