Two Breathe: Cordelia, Wesley and Angel, after they come back from the hospital at the end of Season One. I especially like Cordelia's voice here.
Blood and Water: A fairly lengthy fic about a disease plaguing the vampires of LA that reads like a lost episode, post Season One.
Putting Down: There are some things I'm just not into, and slash is one of them. But this fic I really like, mostly because I don't think there's enough Gunn love out there, and his voice and characterization here is just perfect.
Her Name Was Not: A character study of Fred, from her early life to her time in Pylea, before AI rescued her, and what her name really means.
Hoop Screams: Set somewhere around early Season Three, this fic chronicles the hilarious shenanigans that ensue when the team goes to a LA Lakers Game to fight some demons. I was laughing the whole way through, this is just too funny and would have made a great episode.
Sun Worshippers: Here's another light piece that takes place in early Season Three. It's just about Cordy, Gunn, Wesley and Fred hanging out on a nice sunny day by the pool. I particularly like Wesley and Cordelia's characterization in this piece.
Wishing to Be Snow: From Cordelia's point of view, this is just a sad little hopeful piece about love and loss and what each character means to her.
Five Accessories Cordelia Chase Couldn't Live Without: Exactly what it says it is.
Undrowning: A look at Cordelia's funeral.
The Bones of the Matter We Live In: This takes place during Seasons Four and Five, and as everything Elyssa writes is, it's perfect.
Five Reasons Why Charles Gunn Doesn't Wear a Do Rag: The writer of this fic has Gunn's voice down perfectly, and this is a great way to look at his character arc and development throughout the show, as well as his relationships with the other characters.
If I Can't See The Sun Maybe I Should Go: Faith and Wesley in Season Five. I always enjoyed their relationship.
Lost in the Supermarket: Wesley and Illyria go grocery shopping. Light and serious all at the same time.
The Minute She Died: Gunn/Fred, Gunn/Faith
