these awesome, adorable people. ;* actually because i watch more kdramas than shows of any other region (and because i'm a bit of a drama queen at heart), i've gotten used to certain dramatic conceits and i kept being surprised that a lot of the plot points weren't used for grand otp moments, and the more i thought about it the more i came to adore it - that their relationship sprang up from the natural circumstances of which they were a part whereby they just resonated with each other as people. like, hinata's play or pitaro's choice didn't become about the otp; everyone was allowed to matter. perfect blend of the romantic tension of k/twdramas and the low-keyness of jdramas CUTEST ENDING EVER omg the sniffling and the emotions and the mutual proposals. ;*****
wakaba is still my lifespiration; baby wakaba is THE CUTEST, all determination and limbs and her reappearance to give her older self a talking to!!!
baby otp kinda stole the show though?? they really are the cleverest and most honest people around - i love that hinata and wakaba bonded not in a maternal way but as friends. hinata was really perfect in terms of prompting wakaba to look at her feelings without being pushy omg she is so clever and i just beamed at her for the private jet dig (FAVOURITE) she may just topple wakaba from her position in my heart. pitaro's so adorable and sweet and can i just yell BABY OTP ELOPEMENT for a moment aaaaaaaaa i want their drama i want their story kahslsjfgadlss
