Black Butler
I restarted my netflix account maybe 3 weeks ago and hadn't watched a single movie/show or anything yet. So I'm going to be charged $7.99 for something I wasn't using. That's a rarity. Normally I find something to watch. Last night, while I was knitting my said Dr. Watson scarf I decided to find something, anything, to watch. Clo and I haven't watched any anime together since he's busy with work now. I decided to try out some anime. Black Butler, a rather dark one, was in my list and had been for a long time. I had started watching it from another source but stopped because it has some disturbing themes. Questionable content. This was about 2 years ago. Then I watched the entire season of Shiki last year sometime and that was depressing, dark and sad. So I thought to myself I may as well watch Black Butler if only to complete what I've started. At least Black Butler has some comedic moments in it. Netflix only has season one if I remember correctly. I'm making good headway and if I can survive this one mentally, I'll try Elfen Lied... if only for a few episodes. That's a dark dark anime as well.
