Because I usually post to blogger as a way to keep folks in the loop, I tend to forget that I have this journal which is slightly less known about. As of my previous post I cleaned up my friends list on facebook a little. It felt pretty darn good. Then to cheer me up some more I went to my cousin's page because he is probably the most optimistic person I know. Just reading his status updates cheers me up :) -
Pet peeve with a moral at the end.
Something has been bothering me for quite some time...so now I vent.
It drives me nuts when people use facebook to whine about how terrible life is. If it's a once in a while, only when things are actually terrible, it's okay. Things are sucking at the moment, but you're hopeful for the future. But there are some people who whine(because that's ( Read more... ) -
I has bed!
I am now moved into my new place!! I received a great surprise when I got there as well. The previous tenant left his bed for me to use...PERMANENTLY!!! This certainly beats my sleeping on Chris and Tony's air mattress for 2 weeks. Life, work, and matcha...not in that order.
I had a staff meeting a few. It was semi-inconvenient if only because it was at 7:30pm and went a bit later than I would have liked. But it was well worth it!! I learned about matcha and how to make it properly from a really funky married couple who distribute it in Vancouver(guy is white hippy sort, wife is japanese cute).
